A Peruvian Freerider, Diego Muñoz looks for freedom in life and in the kitchen. He belongs to the new generation of Peruvian Chefs, with a core Latin American upbringing, connected to the sea and nature.

Heir of El Bulli and Mugaritz, he believes that limitations can and will sparkle creativity, anywhere and with any resurces. After lesading the operation of Astrid & Gastón, reaching #14th in the World's 50 Best Restaurants List, he went on the road to nourish his mind.

Now he looks after The Belmond Andean Explorer in Cuzco. Cantina Peruana in Lisboa, PMY in Copenhagen and Ulu Cliffhouse in Bali.
